Springless lip seals by CV Technik are specially designed and engineered considering the limitations of standard oil seals/rotary shaft seals. Our seals consist of an elastomeric membrane in combination with a support ring which helps to provide proper sealing at tight housing and compact space applications. CV Technik’s compact seals are specially designed to resist higher pressures than a classic oil seal. Due to its springless nature, it offers enough flexibility to membrane during operating conditions. Our unique design features greatly improve its overall sealing performance in compact spaces and high-pressure conditions. Depending on the application low pressure, medium pressure, or high pressure we offer specific seals to our customers which allows the best sealing solution at the right price.
